Is America Smart Enough To Vote For Barack Obama? September 4th, 2008
Four years ago, I warned this country not to re-elect a President that had already proven himself to be a failure in the first term of his presidency. Despite John Kerry's obvious shortcomings, he was still an improvement over the existing administration and had not proven himself to be as worthless as the incumbent. But regardless of my warnings, the lesser-minded in this country still chose to re-elect George Bush thanks to a misleading campaign of fear and intimidation. Four years have passed since that time, and this country now has the lowest-rated and most incompetent President in the history of the position. I was right four years ago, and I'm right again now. And if you don't believe me, come back in four years and re-read this posting.

Politically-registered, I'm an Independent (or "Declined To State" as my registration card reads) because I refuse to conform to conglomerate Parties that would have me support only extreme Liberal or Conservative viewpoints. All stances considered, I lean slightly conservative, although I would be embarrassed to associate myself with the generalization of such people. I am a swing voter; I vote for the best candidate, not the Party.

That being said, Barack Obama has held my support for years, not so much for his policies, but for his genuine character and interest in what he believes is right for this country. Of any of the candidates, he is the only one that speaks as if he is addressing people who matter, and not a base of easily-manipulated voters. He, in my mind, is the only respectable candidate in this election, and the only one capable of rousing the political interest necessary in fixing this country's worsening problems.

The campaign that John McCain and Sarah Palin are running is a despicable but successful attempt at manipulating the lowest common denominator in this country. Their speeches have failed to elaborate how they plan to fix this country and have instead focused on smearing the only candidate making any amount of sense in this election. They are betting America is not smart enough to elect Barack Obama, and given George Bush was re-elected, I would not put it past them.

I despise the exploitation and manipulation of voters. I despise any candidate that panders to the general public to win an election while ignoring the larger issues affecting the country. My views have not changed since administering a forum community where members rallied against the mainstream manipulation of the masses. I loathe these masses for being so gullible as much as I detest the person appealing to their gullibility. Republicans are proven experts in appealing to the least-educated population centers in this country – take a look at any electoral map broken down by county and witness the Red rural red-neck areas versus the Blue dense and educated suburbs/urban areas.

As much as Republicans claim to hate the media, they are the ones abusing it to exploit the countless millions of morons strewn about this country. They played the fear card four years ago claiming that this country would be safer with a Republican president, despite the fact that the worst terrorist attack on this country came during the reign of a Republican president. This year they continue to portray the same mindset, along with a new handful of lies and attacks that reveal absolutely nothing concerning the Republican's goals for this country. No wait, they do have a goal, their goal is to defeat Barack Obama, after that it is irrelevant.

Now read this and keep it in mind when making your choice this November: Given the Republican's general unpopularity in this election, it is a reasonable given that the Democrats will retain control over the House and Senate when the votes have been tallied. Even if this country is pathetic enough to elect John McCain, it will be an immediate repeat of the last two years, where nothing is accomplished due to the opposing views of the Democrats and Republicans. This is a fact, you need only review the last two years of George Bush's presidency. The only possible way for *something* to be accomplished in this country is to have Barack Obama as president, as legislation and bills would actually be passed and put into motion instead of being vetoed and ignored.

If John McCain was elected this November, I guarantee to you that you will see his approval rating start around 51 percent and plummet into the 30s by the end of his second year (maybe even his first). Despite him winning the election, he will be as useless as George Bush with a Democratic House and Senate, and his rating will continue to decline. If Barack Obama were to be elected, there would finally be some cooperation and progress made within the government, although his approval rating would never top 60% thanks to the arrogantly stubborn Republicans (who still back George Bush, by the way). So in this regard, which would you rather have: some actual progress made in this country the next four years or for things to remain as stagnant as the last two?

Adding even more fuel to this viewpoint, the Republicans have made no effort whatsoever to be bipartisan this election. Even if they won the election, do you honestly think this entire country is going to rally behind John McCain and Sarah Palin's negative and arrogant criticism of opposing viewpoints? The only candidate that speaks to people with opposing viewpoints without being condescendingly demeaning is Barack Obama. I don't know about you, but I like a candidate that treats me like a respectable person who actually matters to this country.

Sarah Palin's speech at the convention last night was deplorable. It failed to address the problems in this country and offered no elaboration on how the Republicans plan to help America out of its current situation. Actually, upon listening to Palin's speech, you would think that the only thing wrong with this country is Barack Obama, and after he is eliminated, all will be well! Beyond the lies and lack of substance contained within her speech, I could care less about her family, her pregnant underage daughter, her retarded child or how often she panders towards easily-manipulated "hockey moms." This has absolutely no relevance and says nothing of her political viewpoints, which is what this election should be about.

John McCain's choice of Sarah Palin was obvious pandering towards the female vote, and before you say it's not, consider this: If women did not have the right to vote, Sarah Palin would not be on the ticket, period. Despite her superficial attacks, I like Sarah Palin more than Hillary Clinton, mainly because she's not as egotistically self-righteous. But then again, Sarah Palin is only a fresh mouthpiece for the Republican rhetoric. And given the large amount of feminist/racist/mindless Hillary Clinton-supporting leftovers (Predominantly Uneducated Manipulated Assholes), there will be plenty of fresh votes for John McCain simply for choosing a female Vice President (regardless of the fact that they would be supporting the exact opposite of the policies of Hillary Clinton). I almost want these cretins to succeed in electing John McCain just to see them suffer the next four years due to their own stupidity.

It is now hypocritical for the Republicans to criticize Barack Obama's experience since picking a Vice President with even less, and then attempt to butter her up despite only governing a disconnected state for less than two years. Besides, experience should be irrelevant considering where George Bush's "experience" has led this country in the past eight years. Currently we need candidates with less experience who are not entrenched in the typical political absurdities exhibited for decades. Change will not come from a 72-year-old John McCain nor can it originate from a 65-year-old Joe Biden. In my experience (pun), experience has immobilized this country the past eight years.

Vice Presidents are historically useless until the President dies, quits, or ends his second term, but the Republican campaign is exploiting the ignorance of this concept and promoting their new mascot despite her irrelevance. They believe Americans are stupid enough to vote for Sarah Palin, despite the fact they're only ascending John McCain to the throne. And if John McCain is to succumb to another unfortunate bout with cancer, the Republicans think a Sophomore governor of a non-contiguous state with absolutely zero foreign policy experience is the best choice to lead America in these "difficult times?"

I was an outspoken critic of George Bush's warmongering in 2003 and opposed the invasion of a country that had nothing to do with 9/11, and I continue to place a great deal of stock in a candidate's foreign policies. The last thing we need is another candidate that executes policies "in the name of God," which is exactly what you will receive if John McCain and Sarah Palin are elected (especially Sarah Palin, who said it was God's will for the USA to invade Iraq... not to mention God's will to build a natural gas pipeline in Alaska... what?). Barack Obama's foreign policies resemble my own: Diplomacy first, not threats; Reasoning and logic, not "on behalf of the Almighty." Thanks to the grotesque foreign policy George Bush has executed, I am reluctant to ever set foot outside of this country's borders for fear of being shot simply for being an American. It should not be the policy of this country to enforce democracy upon other nations or condemn those who undermine the concept. And by the way, we are not all Georgians... I could give a crap less about countries that are not and should not be our responsibility. Want increased foreign tensions and a second Cold War with Russia? Vote McCain.

As with any election, the lesser-minded will determine which way this election lands, and given my pessimism and loss of faith in the intelligence of this country, we will likely endure John McCain as our next failure of a President. And if this country is that moronic, it deserves another four years of deterioration and insolvency. But wouldn't it be nice to be proven wrong for a CHANGE?

Limited Release For Song Completed 2 Years Ago July 29th, 2008
CD Release Since it's possible some of you may have backtracked the link or web address on the CD to this website, I figured I should throw up a minute tidbit for reference.

Back in the summer of 2006 I had completed a song but quickly became too busy and unmotivated to bother releasing it. The song in question (which I'll leave anonymous to create a mystique surrounding it) was a response to a particular place of former employment which abruptly ended with the mismanagement's decision to promote lesser-people into undeserving positions. Although this is common in most workplaces, having experienced it first-hand and for the first time, it struck a chord enough with me to inspire the recording. But as I finally gear up to leave the Southwest states forever and head to the undeniably awesome city of Chicago, I wanted to tie up a few loose ends before relocating. So finally, I went ahead and completed a 6-track single for the song and released a number of copies and Mp3s to various former and current employees of the company in question.

In the meantime, I also added a few more design elements to this website, which is back in a DJ Jake form instead of The Butt. I honestly don't think I'll ever have the time or motivation to bother completing this website ever again, especially considering the amount of work it would involve. Seems like the last few years I've been diverting my time towards profitable ventures and not so many freebee websites. And given how much more I enjoy money over moderating pointless e-disputes on small forum communities, can you blame me?

So again, this website will be a stagnantly-updated pseudoblog with links that work without content. I have a consistent theme of unfinished website projects, so why not? But at least I got that song off my back. It's certainly the best performance and quality mix to date, and if I ever manage to be bothered in completing this website, I might just release it in a Podcast. Until then, if you really give 2 left balls, bookmark this page and check back every 6 months. I might have another rant about a worthless political venture.

DJ Jake - Not voting Obama if Clinton is the VP!
That Bitch Wanted Advice... June 3rd, 2008
Tonight, June 3rd 2008, that worthless bitch Hillary Clinton asked for advice about what to do next (considering she just lost, although she'll never admit that). So, I went to her begging-'please-donate-money-because-I'm-broke'-website:

"Congratulations! With your speech tonight, you just guaranteed that the Democratic Party will lose the election this November! With your arrogantly stubborn and prideful attitude, you have widened the divide in the Democratic Party and guaranteed that your brainwashed supporters composed of feminists, uneducated cretins, and racists will fail to support the better candidate in this November's election. Thanks to your egotistical greed, you have single-handedly plunged this country into 4 more years of ignorance and failure. You should be proud!"
Can Somebody Please Kill Hillary Clinton? May 23rd, 2008
If there was a way to assassinate her worthless egotistical ass without any form of punishment, I'd be plugging her face full of the sharpest Sporks I could find. We've known all along that the majority of people are morons, proven by the Guest-posting section of the late Feminem.com Forum Community, but not only are they primarily taking their not-a-High-School-graduate vote to Clinton, but they've guaranteed that Barack Obama will not win the election come November. Clinton is such an unbelievably arrogant, prideful and egotistical bitch that she has stayed in the Primary race beyond her capacity to win it simply because of her inability to admit defeat and be a "good sport." It is because of her that the Democrats will once again fail to secure the White House, since millions of racist, feminist, and uneducated cretins will not vote for Barack Obama simply at her urging. If she truly gave a damn about her party, she would drop out immediately and endorse Obama, and encourage all of her brainwashed supporters to do the same. But no, we all know that won't happen, she's too prideful to even consider such an act. She's going to sit back and blame the failure of Obama's bid for the White House on everyone who chose him over her, when in fact it is her fault exclusively. Congratulations bitch, you're at the top of my "to kill" list.

The Republican party is sitting back and laughing at the Democrats self-destructing as usual, ready to drop the terrorist fear card for a free red-neck driven ride back into the Presidency. People are morons. I roll my eyes every day at the politics of this crumbling country. Thanks to the gullibility of Clinton supporters, McCain will be the next president. How fucking pathetic. But at least the Mexican Imports will have a slightly harder time crossing the border.

The Butt Returns! April 7th, 2008
It has been a long time coming, but "The Butt" is about to return to the airwaves! After nearly a year of absolutely nothing on DJJake.com, a new website will replace the former stagnancy with a fully-functional and empty website! Oh yeah... well, the content isn't there yet, but at least you can click though the pages for no apparent reason. As mentioned earlier, it will be a simplistic merging of the 103.3 The Butt, DJ Jake, and Thunderground websites. After this foundational structure is up and running, I intend to put together some new audio recordings and release them here, straight out The Butt. Sounds tasty, don't it?

And what of the old websites? Dead. Thy past beith thy pastith. As far as a deadline... how about July Somethingith? Then again, when was I ever specific and accurate about a release date of any web progress? In fact, perhaps this entire message is forged by the minions of delusional Clinton supporters! Nah... that's impossible. That entire base is primarily composed of elderly white women without formal education... what would they know about webscripting?
